The success of the Z3 Project relies on the generous support from our community. We are excited to offer various sponsorship opportunities, including monetary sponsorships and community partnerships. Community Partnerships are ideal for local organizations who will help promote the annual conference within their community. Please let us know what is the best way for your organization for partner with us. A table at the conference cannot be guaranteed after Tuesday, September 1. Community Partners will receive an in-kind promotional toolkit in early September to support their outreach and visibility.

We ask our Community Partners to help us promote the conference in the following ways:  

• At least one email save-the-date to all members and supporters 

• At least one promotional email to all members and supporters 

• At least one Z3 promotional post/tweet on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram 

• At least one promotional Z3 advertisement of any size in organizational newsletter, if applicable 

Community Partners will be listed and provided with the following: 

• One Z3 Conference ticket in the Schultz Cultural Arts Hall

• Website recognition 

• Recognition on screen at the conference 

• Name in the program 

• Optional promotional table at organizational fair (While space is available)
