Dr. Andi Meiseles is the Director of The Martin Pear Israel Fellowship of the Jewish Community Center Association, where she also serves as the Senior Advisor for Jewish Education.  Andi has been an educator for over 35 years in the United States and Israel. Her professional experience spans the range from early childhood through adult education with specific interests in experiential, Hebrew language and Israel education.  

Andi previously directed Camp Tel Yehudah and Young Judaea Year Course in Israel.  She has taught Hebrew at Jewish day schools in New York and Philadelphia and English as a Second Language at Hebrew University in Jerusalem.   She spent a decade as the Director of the North American Office of International Academic Affairs for Ben Gurion University of the Negev.

Andi is an Adjunct Professor of Jewish Education at the Davidson School of Education at the Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS) in New York. Her research interests include group dynamics, intercultural competence, and transformational learning. She earned her BA at Rutgers University and M.Ed. at Temple University.  Andi resides in Manhattan.
