Gili Dover leads the ICC’s youth programs, including the Bar and Bat Mitzvah Journey and ValenTEEN – Teen Volunteering in the Community. She also the head of Ma'agalim – the ICC’s community support and connection center, where she develops and facilitates workshops and support groups for the Israeli community in the Bay Area.

Gili holds a B.A. in Government and Diplomacy and an M.A. in Political Communication. She is also trained in group facilitation, coaching and bibliotherapy. Her work focuses on strengthening identity, belonging and community through meaningful dialogue and experiential learning.
