Holly Wolfson
CEO
Mayerson Jewish Community Center

Holly Wolfson is the Chief Executive Officer of the Mayerson JCC in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she leads one of the region’s largest Jewish communal organizations. She joined the Mayerson JCC in 2015 and, over the past decade, has held multiple leadership roles, most recently serving as Chief Programming Officer before becoming CEO in October 2025.

A passionate Jewish communal professional, Holly’s leadership is grounded in the belief that JCCs have a unique opportunity to create spaces where people of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and levels of Jewish engagement can find belonging, build meaningful relationships, and discover Jewish joy.

Holly is a graduate of the Mandel Executive Leadership Program and an alumna of the Wexner Heritage Program. Her connection to Jewish communal life is also deeply personal. A Jew by choice, Holly embraced Judaism as an adult and has built both her family life and professional career around strengthening Jewish community.

She is deeply committed to Israel and to creating opportunities for thoughtful, meaningful dialogue about the relationship between Israel and the North American Jewish community. Holly was instrumental in bringing Z3 to Cincinnati in the spring of 2026, creating a new platform for the community to engage with questions of Jewish peoplehood, Israel, and the evolving relationship between Israeli and Diaspora Jewry. Under her leadership, the Mayerson JCC continues to embrace its role as a convener for conversations that welcome complexity, encourage curiosity, and strengthen connections across differences.

Holly lives in Cincinnati and is the proud mother of two teenagers, Izzy and Faye. She considers it a privilege to lead an organization dedicated to connecting people so they can live happier and fuller lives while creating a more vibrant Jewish community.
