Travel Information

November 1, 2026 - November 3, 2026

We are excited to see you at our in-person Z3 Conference and Leadership Lab in Palo Alto, CA! We will share a program schedule and additional information as we approach November.

Dates: The in-person component of your Leadership Lab experience will be from November 1 - November 3. Details below note when you should plan your arrival and departure times.

Travel to Palo Alto

Program Location: Oshman Family JCC, 3921 Fabian Way, Palo Alto, CA, 94303

Accommodations: Dinah’s Garden Hotel, 4261 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA 94306
Z3 will arrange your hotel booking at Dinah’s Garden Hotel once your travel plans have been confirmed. If you arrive on Saturday, October 31, that hotel night will also be covered.

Flights: Please arrive no later than Sunday, November 1, at 7:00 AM PT, and depart no earlier than Tuesday, November 3, at 4:00 PM PT. We recommend flying into San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or San Jose International Airport (SJC). We are pleased to offer a United Airlines discount code to use when booking your travel. If Shabbat travel is a concern, please contact us directly.

Meals: Kosher meals will be provided throughout the conference and seminar. Please let us know in advance about any dietary restrictions.

Transportation: Z3 will provide shuttle service to and from the program location and the hotel. Participants are responsible for their transportation to and from the airport and the hotel.

Meals, Packing, Accommodations

Food: Kosher meals will be provided throughout the conference and seminar. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided on Sunday, November 1, and Monday, November 2. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Tuesday, November 3. Snacks will be provided throughout the experience. Please let us know in advance about any dietary restrictions.

Packing: Our suggested dress code is professional / business casual (i.e. slacks, sweaters, skirts). Please feel free to wear what you are comfortable in.

Rooms: You will have a private room and private bathroom with linens and toiletries.
