Mimi Kravetz
Chief Impact & Growth Officer
Jewish Federations of North America

Mimi Kravetz is Chief Impact & Growth Officer at Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA), where she leads a team focused on strengthening Jewish Federations, the Federation system, and the broader Jewish communal sector through data, research, and support. She works with leaders from Federations, foundations, and partner organizations across the Jewish community to translate insights into strategy, investments, and action.

In recent years, one of the significant public-facing pieces of work from Mimi’s team has been a series of national studies examining how Jewish life is changing in the wake of October 7, including shifts in Jewish engagement, connection to Israel, concerns about antisemitism and security, and the growing desire for belonging and community. This research is designed to help identify emerging patterns in Jewish life and inform how organizations respond to this extraordinary period of change.

Mimi has spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of people, organizations, technology, and Jewish life. Before joining JFNA, she was Chief People Officer at Twin Health. At Hillel International, she served as its inaugural Chief Talent Officer and later as Chief Experience Officer. As Chief Talent Officer, she built Hillel’s investment in the professional talent needed to strengthen the field, including leadership development, talent strategy, and support for Hillel professionals.

Earlier in her career, Mimi worked at Google, leading initiatives for Google People Operations, Google.org and Google for Nonprofits, and at American Express as a product marketing manager.

Mimi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Tufts University. She serves on the boards of Leading Edge and Atra. She lives in Berkeley, California, with her family.
