Nirit Freikorn serves as the Head of School at Beged Kefet Hebrew School, providing strategic and educational leadership for one of the Bay Area’s leading Hebrew language programs. In this role, she oversees academic programming, faculty development and community partnerships, advancing innovative and engaging approaches to Hebrew and Jewish education. Over the past four years, she has fostered a collaborative, mission-driven culture that supports excellence in teaching and deep student connection to language and heritage.

Prior to her work in education, Nirit held senior leadership roles in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, where she managed strategic growth initiatives, led cross-functional teams and built strong client relationships across diverse markets. This experience informs her organizational leadership, communication and strategic planning skills in her current role.

Nirit holds an Education diploma and teaching license, a B. Sc in Biology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, combining pedagogical expertise with a strong foundation in business and management.
