Omer Shalev is driven by a deep passion for advancing Jewish life through innovation and creative, forward-thinking approaches grounded in meaningful human connection. As Vice President of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Mosaic United, he collaborates with organizations around the world to strengthen young people’s connection to their Jewish roots and to Israel through impactful informal education initiatives. He is known for setting bold visions, crafting creative strategies, and turning ideas into tangible, measurable realities.

In his previous role as Director of the Israelis Abroad portfolio at Mosaic United, Omer focused on building and strengthening communities while fostering meaningful connections between individuals and between Israeli and Jewish communities worldwide. This work built naturally on his earlier experience in Ireland, where he played a key role in revitalizing Jewish life in Dublin. There, he developed strategic partnerships, expanded community engagement, and led a diverse range of educational and cultural initiatives that energized and grew the local community.

Omer thrives in roles that bring people together, inspire engagement, and create lasting, meaningful change through innovative thinking and effective leadership. He holds a Master of Arts in Art Studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, and a Diploma in Leadership & Management from UCD Professional Academy.
