Roee Azizi
Founder and Executive Director
Hinenu

Roee Azizi is a national entrepreneur and the founder of Hinenu ("Here We Are"), a movement cultivating Israel’s next generation of pioneers.

Following October 7, Roee relocated to Israel’s Western Negev, rallying hundreds of young Israelis to say "Hinenu", relocate, and innovate to rebuild communities on the country's frontier.

A four-time entrepreneur and community builder, Roee has spent the past decade turning ideas into ventures at the intersection of entrepreneurship and Zionism. His impact has earned multiple national and international honors, including the Stanley Stone Award and the #2 spot on the Jerusalem Post and JNF-USA's Top ViZionaries list.

Roee believes Israel has the most promising young generation in the world.

His vision is to build Hinenu into a platform that channels its talent, ambition, and agency toward launching "Zionist moonshots" capable of tackling Israel’s greatest challenges.

Outside of his work, Roee is a dedicated reserve combat soldier and a lifelong basketball fan.
