Todd Rockoff in his 42nd year of leadership in the Jewish Community Center (JCC) field. In 1985 he began his career at the Scranton JCC in Pennsylvania, then went on to serve as Assistant Executive Director and Executive Director of the Calgary JCC in Canada from 1995–2001, followed by 11 years as Executive Director of the Shaw JCC of Akron, Ohio.

Since 2013, Todd has served as President and CEO of the Tucson J in Southern Arizona. During his tenure, he oversaw the JCC Maccabi Games in 2025, in addition to leading more than $11 million in capital projects, including major renovations to sports and fitness facilities, early childhood education spaces, the campus Ballroom, and Jewish Heritage Center, as well as the creation of the Sarver Tennis Center and Garden of Hope.

Todd is a frequent speaker and trainer at JCC Association professional conferences, J Summit, and Cohort Learning programs. He is a longtime participant in JCC Benchmarking, and helped launch the Western Regional Conference in 2017, fostering collaboration among JCCs and camps across the region. He also co-leads a local coalition of Jewish agencies and synagogues focused on Safety, Respect, and Equity (SRE), to promote ethical, inclusive leadership in Jewish communal spaces.

Todd helped advance inclusive programs, practices, and policies throughout the JCC movement. He co-led efforts to strengthen leadership engagement in programming for individuals of all abilities and helped integrate Arts for All into the Tucson J, expanding access to arts and community programming for people with diverse cognitive abilities.

Todd served on the JCC Association Board of Directors, the editorial board of Community Recreation Magazine, is a member of the Southern Arizona Leadership Council, and participates in the mentorship program for Tucson Young Professionals.

He and his wife, Jenni, have four adult children and seven grandchildren.
