Develop the leadership to create lasting impact
The Z3 Leadership Lab equips JCC professionals with the skills, frameworks and peer network to bring Israel, Zionism and Jewish Peoplehood more fully into the daily life of their organizations. Through role-specific learning, case studies, peer consultation and applied design work, participants explore how these ideas can shape their own institutional context and develop practical strategies they can implement in their communities.
More than creating new Israel programs, the Lab challenges participants to think strategically about how these commitments are reflected across mission, leadership, staffing, programming and community engagement. Participants leave with clearer priorities, actionable next steps and a national network of peers.
