Join us for Z3 Leadership Lab 2026

Bring Israel, Zionism & Jewish Peoplehood into the Heart of Your Organization!

A unique professional development program that helps professionals bring Israel, Zionism and Jewish Peoplehood into the everyday life of their organizations.

The Lab will offer a combination of role-specific cohort sessions with delegation-based learning, bringing representatives from each Lab together to develop shared language, align priorities and plan for institutional change at their organization.

Executives

The Executives Lab equips JCC executives to align their organizations more fully as vibrant Jewish public squares by integrating Israel, Zionism and Jewish Peoplehood into strategy, culture, programming and daily operations.

Early Childhood Education

The ECE Lab helps early childhood leaders and educators strengthen their connection to Israel, Zionism and Jewish Peoplehood and design age-appropriate approaches that engage teachers, families and senior leadership throughout preschool life.

Camps

The Camp Lab equips camp leaders to weave Israel, Zionism, and Jewish Peoplehood into camp culture, staff development and the daily camper experience, rather than limiting them to stand-alone programs.

Board Leaders

The Board Lab drives JCC board leaders to support executive leadership in integrating Israel, Zionism and Jewish Peoplehood across the organization through priority-setting, decision-making and a peer network of fellow lay leaders.
